By purchasing tickets you agree to follow and adhere to the below rules and procedures. Failure to do so may result in being refused entry or being removed from the venue with no refunds being issued.
1) WHAT IS THE LOCATION OF THE EVENT?
We use a variety of venues to provide regular guests with a new setting to explore each time they attend Brunch. Therefore locations will only be revealed to ticket holders, via email, the Monday prior to an an event - so please make sure use your correct email and check your junk email folder. The location will be added to the ticket page the Friday prior to the event to ensure nobody misses it. All London events are within zone 1 or 2 unless stated otherwise.
Please note that the location may have to be changed or revealed later than Monday due to unforeseen circumstances.
2) IF WE BUY OUR TICKETS SEPARATELY, WILL WE BE SEATED TOGETHER?
Yes. On the Monday of the event, we send out an email revealing the location and request one person in your party replies with your final guest list and dietary requirements. This will be your opportunity to let us know who you’d like on your table, including those who have booked tickets separately from you.
3) ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?
We regret that tickets cannot be transferred or refunded after purchase. If an event is cancelled for any reason, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party.
4) DO YOU CATER FOR MY DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?
We cater for all major dietary requirements including nut allergies, gluten intolerance, dairy intolerance, halal produce, vegetarians and vegans. We are unable to cater for coeliacs. We will need all our guests to send us their dietary requirements once the location is revealed and no later than 24 hours from the location being revealed, if we don’t hear from you ten you will receive the meat option.
5) IS THERE ANYTHING SPECIAL THAT CAN BE DONE FOR BIRTHDAYS? CAN I BRING A CAKE?
You are welcome to bring a cake with candles/sparklers. Please note that we may not be able to store your cake on the day. Birthday shots and shout outs are offered at the discretion of the organisers and are not guaranteed. We also offer Birthday packages subject to availability.
6) ARE THERE ANY NON-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OFFERED DURING THE BOTTOMLESS COCKTAIL?
Yes, you will be offered a soft drink. Please contact one of our hosts when you arrive at the brunch.
7) HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS?
All current prices are listed on our website according to availability on the “BUY TICKETS” page. Tickets are sold on a “first come first serve basis”. Prices are non negotiable and we regret that we are unable to accept deposits.
Ticket prices may vary depending on the event - we may introduce discounts or promotions at any stage of the event. This will not affect your statutory rights and you will not be entitled to any backdated partial refunds if you have purchased your tickets before any special offers were introduced.
8) WHAT DO MY TICKETS INCLUDE?
Full Brunch Ticket: Entry, an hour of bottomless rum punch and a 2-course meal.
Party Tickets: Entry to the event after 2:30 pm.
9) WHAT TIME DOES THE EVENT START?
Brunch usually starts at 12 p.m. and ends at 5 p.m.
10) ARE THERE ANY PACKAGES?
Group bundles, Birthday packages & Stag/Hen packages subject to availability.
11) CAN THE MENU AND DRINKS BE REVEALED BEFORE I BOOK?
Food and drink menu will only be revealed at the event itself, but an example menu can be viewed on the menu page.
12) CAN I ADD OTHER GUESTS TO MY BOOKING?
Yes. To add more guests to an existing booking - please purchase the required amount of extra tickets.
13) IS THERE AN AGE RESTRICTION FOR THIS EVENT?
Over 18's only. Please bring a valid form of ID with you as we have a “no ID no entry” policy on the door.
14) HOW DOES SEATING WORK? CAN I BUY A TABLE?
Tables are not for sale. Seating is allocated according to group size and only for guests that have purchased full brunch tickets. Tables may be removed after the food service is completed.
15) CAN PREGNANT PERSONS ATTEND THE BRUNCH?
For health and safety purposes, we recommend anyone more than 6 months pregnant to not attend the brunch.
16) HOW LONG UNTIL I GET A RESPONSE TO MY EMAIL?
We aim to respond within 48 hours. Please note that during COVID-19 times we may take longer to respond.
17) DO I NEED TO BRING ID?
Please bring suitable ID as we have a no ID no entry policy. We reserve the right to remove any guests from the queue or the venue that aren’t able to produce ID on the day.
18) IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
Come dressed in your best fancy dress! Spice girls highly encouraged
19) WHAT IF MY EVENT GETS CANCELLED DUE TO COVID-19?
Your tickets can be transferred or refunded up to 6 months from the date of your booking.
